He died Nov. 26, 2004, at his home at Warrenton. He married Fern Hamby Sept. 2, 1950, at Houston. They had five children. After his retirement from Commercial Lovelace Truck Lines, he spent time with his family and enjoyed being outdoors. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Ulia Seagroves and Mae Bolding; and brothers, Ule, Vernon and Earl Sutton. Surviving are his wife of the home; his children, Bill of Foley, Dennis of O'Fallon, Cindy Amptmann of Moscow Mills and Eddie and Chris of Warrenton; his brothers, Joe of Edgar Springs and Wayne of Raymondville; five grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. Services were Nov. 29 at the Fox Funeral Home Chapel with Jimmy Harrington officiating.
