Spokane, Dec. 1. Mrs. Hannah Beebe, 73 years old, charged with the murder of James Sutton at Cashmere on August 14, was found guilty of manslaughter today. Trouble arose over the right of way across the property owned by Mrs. Beebe and her daughter, Mrs. Della Totten. The women had strung a wire fence across the road and when James Sutton, a neighboring rancher, attempted to drive through after first cutting the wires, he was shot by the daughter. The latter was recently convicted of murder in the first degree.
