I am stuck and have been for years so I want to try once more and maybe someone will know who they are that will give me a lead as to where my Suttons came from and which Sutton line my family are. I have a James Walter Sutton born Feb 28, 1865 Greenville, Wayne Co, MO. Lewis "Patrick" Sutton born April 18, 1869 Madison, Co, MO. their mother was Mary "Polly" Sutton born abt. 1846. I have a old picture of a Ms. Honia and her daughter Ms. Page and her grandson. I hope this will point me in the right direction on my Sutton line. A.J. Bell ... son of Granville and Mary Ann Sutton Bell. Granville arrive in Texas in 1833 from Tennessee and later served in the Mexican and Civil Wars. A.J. was born in 1856 in Fayette County and married Mary Ann McDonald . Jack Bell died in 1918 after farming and raising stock in the Burns Station region (DeWitt County, TX)..leaving Laura and John, his children, and his wife "Mollie"....(Mary Ann)... Connected Families were Neals, Shanks, and Hackneys.
