    3. Hi Pam I thought I'd saved a website that does offer suggestions but at the mo can't track it down. Will keep looking. You obviously know that a lot of websites will offer alternate spellings anyway. What you could do is enter it on the Family Search website as a basic search and just see what alternate spellings they offer, and then go off and do your own research on them. http://genealogy.about.com/od/name_changes/tp/spellings.htm - this is not aimed specifically at you but just a general intro to different variations. I'll keep searching - it must be somewhere!
