Her Majesty The Queen, accompanied by His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh, will tomorrow officially open The Keep - the new historical resource centre for Brighton & Hove and East Sussex   The Queen will meet staff and volunteer groups before unveiling a plaque to mark her visit. The Keep opens to the public on Tuesday 19th November.
