    3. I have been trying to find Islingword Road in Brighton on the 1891 and 1901 census returns on Ancestry but although I think it should be listed under the Kemp Town area I haven't been able to find the right pages. Can anyone help? Many thanks Sarah Oxfordshire _________________________________________________________________ Celeb spotting – Play CelebMashup and win cool prizes https://www.celebmashup.com

    3. Hi Sarah, In 1901 it is part of Hanover and is covered by districts 19-25 depending on the house number. The description of the district on Ancestry gives the houses covered. In 1891 it is under St Peter - try from district 20 (I must admit I haven't trawled through all of them!:-) ) hth, Anne > From: shineybomb@hotmail.com> To: sussex-plus@rootsweb.com> Date: Sun, 16 Sep 2007 13:50:26 +0000> Subject: [SXP] Islingword Road, Brighton> > > I have been trying to find Islingword Road in Brighton on the 1891 and 1901 census returns on Ancestry but although I think it should be listed under the Kemp Town area I haven't been able to find the right pages.
