I know of the Red Lion and the connection to smuggling. If you ever come across anything about this subject from late 1700's to 1820 or so, I'd like to hear. I have seen mention, but no more, on a couple websites. I have suspicions that my 5x great-grandfather was involved. I know many were in one way or another, but he may have been more so. Thanks.
