Derek, I have located the required page for Q2 1921 Coopers (like Bob, I have learned how to overcome Ancestry's indexing problems!) but there is no Eric R. and of the 3 Eric's, none has Marshall as mother's maiden name. The usual way round this is to enter a surname either just before or after the one that's missing and the quarter which is missing. Then by using the next or previous buttons it is possible in most cases to find the page image which was earlier missing. A bit time consuming but it has worked for me.
