    3. Hi Heather, Well I am not exactly doing nothing as my house looks like a bombs hit it after Xmas. BUT I am ambidexrous in this department and bounce around doing computer and housework.....I dont get bored that way. Grin ! I have not tried the censuses yet, presuming that you had done that to death under all spellings. But when I googled various ways for Kingston Lunatic Asylum etc etc etc Ontario, Canada and Kingston Jamaica come up. Limiting it to Lunatic asylums there is one in Kingston Road, Teddington Middlesex, and a few others which seem to be Surrey. It may have been known as the Kingston Asylum because of where it was situated. I tried Parloc to see how far itchinor was from teddington, but Itchenor does not come up as a Parish per ce. This addy is a list of asylums. http://www.mdx.ac.uk/WWW/STUDY/4_13_TA.htm Have a gander for yourself. However, Portsmouth according to Multimap, is much much closer. Teddington to Itchenor is well over 50 miles away. Strange!!!!!!! Might pay to post to the Portsmouth list. (hampshire) Obviously she was in the Asylum hence Robert stating married in census but she is never to be found. That is very sad, all those years in an asylum. I hope you find her, poor lady. I shall do some more searching and shall email the list if I find anything.
