Hi Judy BMD indexes on Ancestry have an entry in Q3 (Sep) 1902 for both Arthur Richard Oak Portsmouth Vol 2b page 1015, and Annie Dopson Portsmouth Vol 2b page 1015 Obviously this is not 100% proof as there could be others on the same page, but if you have other evidence then it is probably as good as it gets if you don't want to order the certificate - unless someone has access to the Portsmouth parish registers.
