It should be possible to access the new British India Office records with either a UK or World subscription. Perhaps it was a glitch yesterday, it certainly seems to be working OK this morning. However, as an alternative route into the new databases, try http://blog.findmypast.co.uk/2014/2-5-million-new-british-in-india-records-r eleased and scroll down almost to the bottom of the page where you will find a link to the Births and Baptisms section. On the lower right side of that page, you will find links to the other India Office databases. Best wishes, Marion Woolgar Bognor Regis, West Sussex
Nivard I have a world wide account and have no trouble accessing the records. Are you using findmypast.co.uk or findmypast.com? Have you written their support people and asked why?
