Hi, Does anyone relate to Frederick Baden Powell FRENCH? My reason for asking is, he is with one of my families on the 1901 census as "SON", but it's more likely he was a grandson, as the mother he is attributed to was 43 years old, and had been a widow for 6 years prior to his birth in 1900. If anyone can claim Frederick, I would be delighted to discover the true identity of his parents. Happy hunting Sandra Shelley Eastbourne Sussex

I don't know if it will be of any relevance at all but I noticed a document being advertised on Ebay re a Sarah FRENCH (of Surrey) and a Mr NICHOLS of Cliftonville (Hove) dated 1874 Thought I would let you and list know just in case it is of interest. Helen Helen
