It appears that others aren't having this problem, so could someone please give me the contact phone number (and their location) so that I can make further enquiries. I can even get through to their contact form to find this out for myself! Hi Everyone I just tried Ancestry I logged on OK but about 2 months ago I did have a problem what I had to do with the site I had in my Favourites delete it. As I only have membership for UK I entered on the site Ancestry UK to find when I logged on that site every thing worked OK it was about the time they were giving people free days into Ancestry.
