Kind Regards. Valerie, Aust. Valerie, I'll answer the Thornton Heath part of your queries. Thornton Heath is part of the London Borough of Croydon, Croydon formerly being a County Borough in Surrey. East Croydon railway station is on the London to Brighton railway line. Thornton Heath is on the A23, the main London to Brighton road. I'd estimate the distance from Thornton Heath to Brighton as being 38.5 miles , say 62 kilometres.
