Hi Heather Have you tried looking at the scans of the BMD Register pages on Freebmd ? Click on "View Images." There is no marriage for an Albert KEMP in Sussex shown in either the December 1918 or March 1919 pages. Perhaps your sources need to be checked if this is possible. The only other thing to do is to work through the scanned pages quarter by quarter before and after December 1918/March 1919 to see if the marriage can be found. This is a bit laborious but should get results. Good luck.
