    3. Heather, on reviewing my GADD family notes and the information sent to me recently by another GADD researcher from Canada, suggests that my Richard GADD aged 62 in the 1851 census, born in Gaffham (c 1789) and a Henry GADD a farmer in Graffham aged 60 + wife Charlotte may be linked to the same family, as those mentioned in the two Henry GADD wills you mention (1773 and 1735). In 1700 a Henry GADD married Martha Smith, at Chichester or the village of at Appledram Sussex on 11th January 1699 (?) Henry GADD was christened at Birdham 22/2/1750 mother Mary (nee' Hammond) father Henry GADD on 21 Apr 1774 Henry Gadd of Cocking, 1 year. Bachelor, Yeoman aged 24. (b 1750) married Jane Lawrence spinster of Oving aged 25 years. (1749) Bosham, West Sussex, Date: 24 Jan 1811: Subject: Henry GADD, widr of Graffham Spouse: Charlotte REYNOLDS, sp otp/ (lic) (the same from the 1841 census and who may be the son of Henry and Jane, likewise my Richard GADD.) The licence information on the 1811 Henry + Charlotte marriage may also provide a link. Are the records for Graffham transcribed to the IGI? Films of these are in the LDS archives. Currently Hugh Wallis's website on the IGI batch numbers is not loading so it is a bit hard to check whether there are any Graffham entries on the IGI. cheers Bob ----- Original Message ----- From: "Heather Brooks" <heather.brooks@virgin.net> To: "bob campbell" <rcampbell3@optusnet.com.au>; <SUSSEX-PLUS-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Tuesday, February 26, 2008 3:19 AM Subject: Re: [SXP] Strange GADD will reference?
