I am seeking the birthdate of Henry WARD son of Henry and Susan WARD of Arundel, Sussex circa 1806. Henry married Mary BOWLEY, date unkown, and had 3 or 4 children the eldest Eliza born 8th June, 1823, was my gt grandmother. Eliza arrived in South Australia on the barque "Lloyds" in December 1838. The PRTS have published a transcript & Index of the Arundel Anglican Parish Registers for the period 1560 to 1876. This does not show any baptisms for the children of Henry and Susan WARD circa 1806. Could the father's name be wrong? I ask because the Index shows that there are these two baptisms at around the right date, but the father's name is John: 1802 07 Aug Henry son of John & Susan WARD 1804 26 Aug Susan daur of John & Susan WARD Best wishes Marion Woolgar Bognor Regis, West Sussex
