Hi folks, Is there anybody out there researching the ANSTIS family in the Brighton area from the late 1850's please? Robert Anstis married Ellen Cole in 1858, but his wife in the 1861 census is Mary, then Ellen in 1871 and 1891. Also there was a son, Robert, born 1860, who isn't with them in 1861 and should have been as he was just a few months old. he is with his grandparents (William and Sarah Anstis) in 1871 though.
