>From Nottinghamshire Guardian ( London, England ), Wednesday, November 30, 1877; pg. 3; Issue 1688. There was a scene in the Divorce Court on Tuesday. Dr. COLLIER , surgeon, at Eastbourne, was co-respondent in a divorce suit, in which Mr. SIGISMUND obtained a divorce. He opposed the making of the rule absolute, but the Judge decided against him, and condemned him in costs. Again and again he appealed to the Judge not to condemn him in the costs, and at length he became very excited and declared he would go to prison for five years sooner than pay.
