Can anyone please tell me whether the Marriage Certificate of a Widower who is getting married for a 2nd time gives the name of his deceased wife. I am trying to find out who the mother of a child is. All I know is that John Fuller married a Jane Wickham in 1850 and he was a widower at the time. His daughter Ann was supposedly born in 1842 in Brightling but I cannot find a birth registration for her, which makes me wonder if her birth was not registered, as a lot of them went unregistered. Any information kindly accepted. Regards Judy Berntsen New Zealand
