My Fathers Sussex Ancestors I have traced back to Jeremiah NORTHEAST who married Mary Farnfell in Chichester in 1737 at All Saints. and died in 1763. If anyone can find his baptism/birth and parents I would be so grateful. Also if there is any trace of baptisms for all his children of whom I have 3 registered in Felpham. His son Jeremiah, 1760, my 3xGGrandfather, I dont have a place and he seems to be much older than the others, born 3 years before his father died. and I have an Ann in 1742 who appears to be from Appledram which is odd so am wondering why and if she belongs to this family. I cant remember how I found her but long ago had a lot of info sent to me by a distant cousin who had done a lot of research. I have just found a first cousin in Sussex and we are catching up on 70 odd years. It has fired my enthusiasm to do more research on this part of the family. many thanks.
