The King has been pleased to grant to Henry PELHAM , of Crowhurst, in the county of Sussex, Esq. and his issue, his Royal Licence and Authority to take and use the name and bear the arms of CRESSETT , in addition to those of PELHAM , pursuant to the will of Edward CRESSETT , Doctor of Divinity, late Lord Bishop of Landaff, deceased; such arms being first duly exemplified according to the Laws of Arms, and recorded in the Heralds-Office: and also to order that this his Majesty's Concession and Declaration be registered in his College of Arms.
