I am trying to find an Edwin John Catt normally known as John Catt. He was born in Essex, moved to Canada in 1969 and returned to England in 2000. The email address I found for 2000 has bounced hence my request to try and find him again. There are a lot of CATT's living in Sussex, otherwise he could be anywhere in England. Perhaps he is in Surrey as he remarried there in 2004. Is it possible for someone to lookup the Electoral Roll or similar to see if he is somewhere around the area please.
