Hi Joan, I was looking for my David Venson WEST, who supposedly worked for Thomas Henty at West Tarring before travelling with the Henty family to Tasmania. After 15 years of looking for him, I found he was actually a convict transported to Tasmania - and he worked for Thomas Henty after his emancipation. While searching for my David, I did find WEST family names in the Sussex Registers, but I haven't kept the names as they don't connect with my family. Cheers Trish Nowra NSW > Hello.
