Allen Powell Surrency and Wealthy Robinson Surrency are both buried at the Overstreet Cemetery in Appling County. There is also an Ellen Robert Surrency 2/16/1874 to 12/3/1875, an Allen Surrency 5/17/1897-3/4/1970 and his wife Irene 1904-1970 buried in the same cemetery. The Overstreet Cemetery is on private land and I'm going to contact the owners and see if they'll let me do a photo/transcription of the cemetery. I do not have anything yet on Samuel Surrency but I definitely discovered the confusion between the two Samuel Surrency's that you spoke of. I'll work on that next.
