The Tattnall County native was a member of Glennville First Baptist Church. She is survived by one daughter, Jo Ann Johnson of Glennville; a son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Susan Surrency of Swainsboro; grandchildren: Fay and Pat Edwards of Glennville; Ken and Gail Johnson of St. Simons Island, and Jason Surrency of Swainsboro; great-grandchildren: Britni Johnson, Drew Johnson, Joanna and Walt Rogers, and Patrick and Tonya Edwards. Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Novermber 5, at Cobb Funeral Home, Glennville chapel, with the Rev. Gregg Usry and the Rev. Keith Rustin officiating. Burial was at Watermelon Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers were Patrick Edwards, Ken Johnson, Jason Surrency, Pat Edwards, Walt Rogers, and Jimmy McCurdy.
