WILLIAMS; MD,USA>NC,USA>TN,USA>IN,USA; 1759-1836 I am researching the family of Margaret WILLIAMS. She was born circa 1759 in Dorchester County, MD where she married John ABBOTT. They resided in MD until 1780, when they moved to Guilford County, NC. John served in the Revolutionary War from NC, and after the war they lived in various parts of NC, SC, TN and IN. She and John had a daughter Priscilla ABBOTT 3 September 1785 in Rockingham, Rockingham County, NC. Around 1803 they moved to Sumner County, TN where they lived for about 25 years.
