JONES Mary; Hanover ,NJ,USA; 1781-1887 Mary Jones 1781-1887 was the wife of Stephen Conover. They were married 1806 and had six children. Mary was buried in Caldwell, Essex County, NJ. Information passed down to me, states that she is the daughter of Phineas Jones and Jemima Green of Hanover, NJ. I have not been able to confirm this although I have a copy of the Hanover Church Records where they attended. The records contain an Anna Jones but not Mary. Mary and Anna Jones may be the same person, sisters, or possibly an error has been made in documentation. I am looking for other information about Mary, Phineas or their relatives.
