MORGAN; CT,USA>NY,USA; 1789-1878 Searching Edward MORGAN married Thedo Steavens, Dec. 23, 1789 - Lisbon CT. children: Morgan, Thede, d. of Edward & Thede, b Feb. 12, 1792 - Canterbury CT Morgan Shadrack, s. of Edward & Thedo, b Apr. 6, 1800 - Lisbon CT Morgan, Edward, s. Edward & Thede, b Sept. 5, 1801 - Canterbury CT Have no idea what happened to the parents Edward & Thede or Edward JR. & Thede JR (female). Son Shadrach was in Ulster Co., NY by 1820. He married Catherine Wilklow-Wilkenlow. By 1830 they were in Covington, Wyoming Co, NY and in 1840 in Bethany, Genesee Co., NY. In 1847 they moved back to Ulster Co. NY residing in New Paltz in 1850 and in Rosendale, NY from 1853-1885. Their youngest children went back to Ulster Co. but Shadrach's son William ( my ancestor b. abt 1826-1827) is believed to have stayed behind in Genesee Co. or Livingston Co. NY and is married in 1853 to Lucy LOUNSBURY. There children are born from 1854 -1878 in and around York, Livingston Co. NY. Some of these children ended up by 1900 in Pavillion & Leroy, Genesee Co.
