They are very good and are very helpful. They have computer files which can give you some fantastic clues and you can even contact some of the people who provided the info. They have good libraries usually too. Also there are local Genealogy Libraries in most areas and they have lots of microfische also. You can order tapes and microfische at the libraries to search through. Hope this helps!
