BOTTOMLEY George; Manchester ENG > Barton USA; c.1830 i'm trying to locate information regarding George Bottomley who emigrated fom UK to US in about 1830. i know very little about him, except that he was the brother of William Bottomley who was born in 1811 and married to Mary Fereday. i know that George was married but i don't know her name or if they had children. i know also that George emigrated to the US and originally settled in a place called Barton, but at last count I had found 20 places called Barton in the US, and am no closer to solving my problem than ever before. if any of this rings bells i'd love to hear from you, Craig "botts" Bottomley [email protected] (Craig Bottomley)
