Gottfried ERBENTRAUT b 1813 Wohlmirstedt, Saxon, Prussia (former East Germany) married Pauline KOCH in June 30, 1857 with his sister Friederike ERBENTRAUT b Apr 1819 married Samuel WINTER. They left behind one/two brother(s) I believe Friedrich Karl b abt 1815. They were all tenant farmers and upon their arrival in USA, Gottfried settled in Poplar Grove, Boone County, Illinois and Samuel & Friederike Erbentraut Winter settled and died in Brushville, Bloomfield Township, Waushara County, Wisconsin. Gottried & Pauline both lived and died in Poplar Grove, Boone, Illinois however three children settled in Ottawa County, Kansas and two children in San Jose, California. Three of them stayed and settled in Boone County. I am looking for the German descendants of Gottfried's father I believe to be named Johann Christian ERBENTRAUT. [email protected]
