The following Death Notice was found: LAST RITES FOR M.R. ROSE TODAY -------------------------------------------------------- Owner of Camp Winona Summer Resort at General Shields Lake Passes Away. M.R. Rose, 76 years old, owner of the camp Winona summer resort at General Shields lake died Saturday at the St. Joseph hospital at St. Paul after an operation. Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. today in St. Paul. Burial will be tomorrow at Winona. Mr. Rose was born at Syracuse, N.Y. He came to Winona about 50 years ago. Five years ago he came to the vicinity and started the summer resort. He is well known in Faribault especially by sportsmen. Two sons and one daughter survive Mr. Rose.
