PHELAN; Laois, IRL>USA; c. 1900 Looking for info about Phelans from Laois in USA....Michael Phelan, sister Teresa, and a brother emigrated from Laois around the turn of the centrury. Michael may have worked in Philly for a while; then he returned to Mountmellick, Laois.
