DOLLARD / GRIFFIN; KIK,IRL>NY,USA; 1837 Patrick Richard DOLLARD was born 4 Apr 1803 in Ireland (probably County Kilkenny). He married Alice GRIFFIN who was born in 1806 in Ireland. Patrick, his wife and oldest daughter immigrated to America in 1837, they initially lived in New York City, but in 1857 moved to Cattaraugus County, NY. Patrick and Alice were my gr gr grandparents. I have quite a bit of information on the family after arriving in America, but have had very little luck (as in none) in Ireland. I would very interested in comparing notes with anyone knowing anything of this family, particularly the parents of either.
