VAIL / VEIL; TIP,IRL; 1838 Can anybody help with any info on a Michael Vail (or Mikel Veil), born c. 1838 in or near Tipperrary. He probably emmigrated to the U.S. in the 1850's or early 1860's and eventually lived in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was married to an Annie and had a daughter - Anna Vail. Grateful for any help. Thanks.
