DUNNE / CAIRNS; IRL>NZL; 1877 Hi. I am new to this. Am looking for info on CAIRNS John b c1821 Ballameary, Armagh Ire. d1896 Timaru N.Z and his daughter DUNNE Susannah b c1854 near Lurgan, Arm, Ire d 1893 Timaru N.Z Would like to know if Ballameary is a Parish or Town as have been unable to find it on any maps. Susannah married DUNNE James b c1851 from near Enniscorthy, Wex, Ire in Barrow-in-Furness c 1874. Came to N.Z on the James Nicol Fleming 1877, which sailed from Greenock, I have this ships passenger list. At time of James' death c1935 it was known that he owned land in Ireland but location of land has been lost, any help here would be appreciated also for interests sake.
