WRIGHT Sarah; Castlecomer, KIK,IRL > LDY,NIR > DC,USA; 1835-1840 Sarah Wright, the dau of Richard Wright and Ann Williams was born in 1811 in Coolbaun, near Castlecomer, Co KIK. After her parents died she moved to Londonderry to preach and teach in the Methodist Church. In 1839 she left for New York with her 2 sisters, Julia and Eliza and a brother-in law William P. McConnell. She died two weeks later in New York and is buried there. I would like to learn more about her sojourn in Londonderry. Thank you.
