    3. ASH / AGHAS; NIR>NH,USA; -1699 I'm searching for the origins of Thomas ASH b. abt 1655, died April 1, 1718 in Dover, N.H., USA. Probably he or his father was from Ireland. He received a grant of land in Dover, N. H. in 1696/7. It is believed he came from Ireland (N. Ireland ?) because some of his desendants had the Orangeman symbol on their gravestones. Below is a copy of the only Ash I've found on the web in Ireland. I'm not sure what it means to me. ftp://ftp.genealogy.org/pub/genealogy/vendors/ajmorris/ansurn.txt County Antrim Surnames and number of householders for each in Griffith's Primary Valuation Ash 3 If you have any thoughts or suggestions or knowledge of ASH in Ireland, it would be a big help in finding his ancestors. Thank you, Allen NEMOXT3R5 <NEMOXT3R5@aol.com>
