LEAHY, Mary Teresa; IRL> USA; 1850-1900 Mary Teresa LEAHY was my ggrandmother and she came to this country sometime in the late 1800's she married a man by the name of James Cluney/Cluny. James had been married prior to marrying Mary and had two children from this first marriage. Don't know the names of these children, but Mary and James' children were 3 girls their names were Julia Genevieve (Gen), Elizabeth (Babe), and Mary (Marie). Any help would be appreciated in finding out any information about Mary Teresa that could help in our research. We definitely know that she is from Ireland, my grandmother (Gen) once told me her mother sailed from Galway, but that doesn't necessarily mean she was from Galway, she may have just sailed from that port. We don't know where she entered into the USA either. Thanks ahead of time for any help. "Sharon L. Arnold" <slarnold@worldnet.att.net>

MACKIN; MAY,IRL; 1802-1853 Thomas MACKIN was born in Co. Mayo in May 1802 and died in Marion Co., Kentucky (USA) 23 Oct. 1854. His wife was Bridget (1805-19??)--maiden name unknown. Thomas and Bridget had the following children (all born in Ireland, presumably Co. Mayo): Michael C. (b. ca 1830, d. 1884) unknown daughter (married Thomas Joyce) Samuel P.
