BEST; DEU; 1784 I would appreciate any information on ancestors of Johann Phillip Best, born Mettenheim 1784. He was a "Master Cooper". Lived in Osthofen, Hessen Darmstadt. He was brother of Jacob Best (born 1786) who started the "Best Brewery" in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The Best Brewery became the Pabst brewery when one of Jacob's grandson's in law gained control.
