FORCADE Francis / ROGGENBROT Anna Barbara; DEU > IL,USA; b. c. 1820 Francis FORCADE, b. 1819, and Anna Barbara (ROGGENBROT) FORCADE, b. 26 Apr 1821, emigrated from Germany to Smithton, St. Clair, Illinois. They listed their places of birth as Germany in the 1850 US federal census and Bavaria in the 1860 US federal census. Family tradition holds that he was born in Alsace-Lorraine and she was from Baden. I am interested in corresponding with anyone researching this line.
