HOBEIN,Adolf; DEU; 1900- For anyone researching this name out of Germany that has a missing sibling. Adolf A F HOBEIN married one of my grandmothers sisters in Sydney in 1929. They had a son called Alf. Little is known of Adolf except that he was from Germany and during WW2 was with the Australian merchant navy. Adolf died from injuries received from an industrial accident years later. After the war there was dialog with his family but it would appear they chose to 'disown' him.
