There are although some Neu: 223, 393, 209, 418. I found the name Woersdorfer changing some times to Wirsdorfer. Wirsdorf is a small part of the village Guckheim in the south of Westerburg. Subject: Re: ERBE, Maria; DEU > St. Louis, MO,USA; 1882 Maria Erbe came over, from Bavaria to St. Louis, it appears, in 1882. The earliest document I have of her, is her application for License to Mary in St. Louis. STL is listed as her address. signature is quite interesting...as she seems to have originally signed it as Erbn...and then..crosses it out and makes quite a mess of it! Marriage was by J.F. Jonas, St. James Evangilical, St. Louis, MO However, other documents say Erbe. Marriage was November 1883. She is my great great grandmother. Barbara Haney Martinez <mlm@mosquitonet.com>
