ROSE William, Mary; SSX,ENG / LND,ENG; 1825 I am searching for information on the surname ROSE. My specific interest is information regarding a William Rose, bn 1825, according to census records, the son of William, in Cocking, West Sussex England. I could not find any record of baptism in that area, however, I did find a reference to a William, son of William and Mary, baptized in St. Leonard's, Shorditch, London. Further data regarding the William I have is that he married an Ellen Town, approx 1850 and their first child, a girl was named Fanny. Any information as to siblings of either William or Fanny would be greatly appreciated. My information says that Fanny married one Frederick Robert Whit(e)bread. and raised her youngest brother Harry, my grandfather. I have not further info on any of the other siblings of this family save their names and birthdates/baptism dates which are available if needed.
