HENSHAW; ENG; 1790-1900 Hi, I'm looking for information on the HENSHAW family from Ilkeston, Derbyshire. I'm specifically looking for information on the parents of an Elisha HENSHAW bapt. June 7, 1783. He married Martha COOK on Dec. 12, 1802 in Ilkeston. He died on Jan. 27, 1852 and was buried two days later. I have a lead that his parents may have been James HENSHAW & Sarah WALKER, but nothing definite. I'm also looking for info on the children of this Elisha HENSHAW, one of which - John - was my GGG Grandfather. There are a few other HENSHAWs I'm curious about: -James Henshaw (married Mahala Henshaw - yes, her maiden name was also Henshaw! - on Oct. 15, 1866).
