SEE WEB SITE: http://mckigney.homepage.com/ FOR PICS I know that his first son James Patrick was born in Ky in 1923 Jack was 33 at that time. He disappeared AKA left his family in 1930 or 1931. Last son born in 1929 or 30. his birth cert says 1930 he put 1929 on his SS applic. he named his children with the following names: James Patrick-1923 John Richard (Red)-1925 Kathleen Sue-1926 Bettie Jo-1927 Jack Thomas-1929 He was supposed to have come over from Ireland with his brother? when? I figure if he was 33 when his first son was born in KY in Mercer Co., he might have started a family in Ireland or in the East around NY or NJ, but I have no idea where to start, I can't even find where the man went. Therewere 2 stories. 1. He was killed out west while working for the railroad and they buried him out there. 2. Some men came to the house in Chicago, ILL when they were up there and he left with them, never to be seen again. I've put his children's names up here cause I know people have a penchant for naming their children after their family. Any help would be vastly appreciated.
