BROTHERTON, Prudence; IN,USA/OH,USA; 1824-1895 BROTHERTON, Prudence; IN/OH; 1824-1895 I am trying to obtain any information on a Prudence BROTHERTON, who m. a man named THOMPSON (first name either "Fielding" or "R. Fielding") on Jan 15, 1824, Preble Co, OH. I think that Fielding THOMPSON may have had some connection to a man named Providence THOMPSON, but am unsure on this point. I think she was born around 1797-1798. I have an old letter written by her nephew, Jackson CRAIG, indicating she was 93 years old in 1891. She was living in Richmond Wayne Co), IN, around 1891, and since she was 93 at the time I'm supposing she must have died not too long thereafter. Prudence THOMPSON (nee BROTHERTON) had two daughters, Mary and Clarissa. She also had a granddaughter, named Della AUSTIN. I believe that Mary and Clarissa lived in the vicinity of Richmond, IN (Wayne Co.), or New Paris, OH (Preble Co.), but I do not have details on this. I am trying very hard to find more information on Prudence THOMPSON, including her parents' names, siblings, and descendants..
