HANSON Richard; Waddington,YKS,ENG; c. 1822 HANSON Richard, Waddington, Yorkshire, England born c. 1822. I am seeking information on Ancestors and Descendants of Richard, my great- grandfather. Richard was the son of Henry of Waddington, and he had I believe many brothers / sisters namely Betty (c. 1818), Thomas (baptised on the same day as Richard, 5.4.1822), Sarah (c. 1825), Jane (c. 1826), Henry (c. 1830), James (c. 1833), Elizabeth (c. 1838) and Robert (c. 1840). Richard moved to Adlington in Lancashire and spent his married life there (m. Margaret Mather in 1843 in Deane Church, Bolton, Lancs). Richard had a son, Henry, b. 1865 and 4 (?) daughters Ester (c. 1840), Mary (c. 1853), Harriet (c. 1860 who married John Pennington in 1881) and Martha Ellen (c. 1866). I am interested in the male or female lines of the family, or indeed HANSONS or female descendants living in or around Waddington.
