Or perhaps some alternative spellings! Here in New Brunswick, Canada, the name is alternately HORSEMAN and HORSMAN. I have info on the HORSMAN/HORSEMAN line in New Brunswick back to Christopher HORSMAN b. abt 1748 in Yorkshire, landed in Halifax, Nova Scotia in 1775 on the "Jenny". Lots of HORSEMAN/HORSMANs in NB. I'm not descended from them, but have some in my (rather large) database. Robert N. Ward Kingston, New Brunswick Canada http:/www3.nbnet.nb.ca/rnward/Genealogy.htm rnward@nbnet.nb.ca (Robert N. Ward)
